About Us
Life Skills GO is the digital evolution of the successful in-school program developed by Life Skills Group.

The programs have been developed in collaboration with school Principals and teachers and draw upon the Australian Curriculum, social emotional learning (SEL) frameworks, mindfulness science and positive psychology in combination with effective pedagogical practices.
Our Story
Life Skills Group was founded by Nikki Bonus in 2009 to address the growing need for learning social emotional skills in schools and communities.

In collaboration with school Principals and teachers, Life Skills Group developed a strong evidentiary base for what works with young people in terms of building social and emotional intelligence, and also as a preventative tool in the management of mental health and general wellbeing.

In 2016 Life Skills GO was founded as a digital solution to significantly expand access to SEL in schools as there was a distinct lack of flexible, online resources available to support teachers in bringing SEL into the classroom. Life Skills GO is aligned to the Australian curriculum addressing HPE (Health and Physical Education) and the general capabilities of; personal and social capability, critical and creative thinking and intercultural understanding.
